The Chuzhou base is located at the intersection of Renhe Road and Quanwu Mountain Avenue in the Dingcheng Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It is planned as a 21GWh power/energy storage battery production base with a total investment of 9.7 billion yuan. 

The first and second phases of the base cover an area of 352 acres, with a planned total construction area of 155,000 square meters. Currently, it has the capacity to produce 7GWh annually.

Upon full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 15 billion yuan.

The Anqing base is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Wanjiang Avenue and Changfeng Road in YingjiangDistrict, Anqing City, Anhui Province. It is planned as a 10GWh smart manufacturing base for energy storage batteries, with a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan. 

The base was officially signed on November 26, 2023, and is expected to be put into production by the end of 2024. Upon full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan.

The company was established on December 14, 2022, and is an independent legal entity research and development institution for Guoke Energy.lts purpose is to leverage the talent and technological advantages of the Hefei location to build an outstanding R&D team, continuously improving NETC's innovation capability and research level, and maintaining the company's core competitiveness. The innovation center has a research team composed of master's and doctoral/high-level engineers, bringing together professionals in fields such as chemistry, materials science, and mechanical engineering. The team leader,Dr. Yang Xulai, is an innovation leading talent of the Anhui Special Support Plan, a member of the Electric Energy Storage Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, the director of the Anhui Lithium-ion Power and EnergyStorage Battery Industry Common Technology Research Center, and a professor at Hefei University.
